Most schools have a software program that does
not allow downloading and installing any software on the computers
in the lab. This software must be "turned off" before
downloading the Flash plug-in that is a requirement for using
the program (the link for this is on our homepage). You must
have your ECS or in-school computer specialist help you to install
the plug-in on all computers in the lab. The
program will not function correctly without the latest Flash
plug-in!
Setting a computer's screen resolution:
As stated on our homepage, each computer accessing
this program must have the screen resolution set at 1024
x 768. If you do not know how to do this, click
here for a quick tutorial in Acrobat format (pdf). This
is a very simple process that will take you less than a minute.
